From time to time it may be necessary to move all of the donations held within the Ready to Claim tab to the Active Claim tab. 

This can be achieved by: 

• Opening your Ready to Claim tab
• Clicking on the orange Merge the claim into the Active Claim button

• Then Confirm that this is what you intend to do by clicking the Yes option

• The claim will then be passed back to your Active Claim tab

Any actions that had been set, such as Blocked and Defer will remain as they were. You can then work through the Donations within the Active Claim setting the status' for any further donations that need to be Blocked or Deferred, or amending errors - see this article for a guide on what an error refers to: Correcting Errors in Gift Aid Claims
