If you are moving away from using Mailchimp, then you can disconnect the integrations as below. Before completing the following steps, you may wish to document the mappings that you have between Donorfy and Mailchimp form within Integrations > Mailchimp > Settings

To disconnect

Within Mailchimp

You will need to delete the webhook that you use to send data to Donorfy. This will stop any further contacts added to your Audience from being sent to Donorfy

Within Donorfy

You will need to:

• Open Integrations > Mailchimp > Settings
• Highlight the API key and then replace it with a single space
• Click on Save Changes

The two systems are now disconnected.
