To stop a transaction from appearing in a gift aid claim

• Find the transaction on the constituents timeline and open it
• Open the details of the allocation - by pressing the down arrow highlighted in green below, then change potentially gift aid-able to No - highlighted in yellow

• If a transaction has more than one allocation you can set the gift aid status of each allocation in turn
