A Placeholder will automatically populate with data when you use them in your letter/email. These make creating a letter within a batch or to send ad-hoc really quick and efficient.
You can include the placeholders listed below into which Donorfy will merge details.
Constituent Placeholders

If your document will be used from either
- the batch Acknowledgement sending under the Financial menu to send acknowledgements for new recurring payment instructions, or
- from the Send Document option of the RPI Manage menu - as shown below - rather than the main send document menu option
