Channels

The channels displayed on a constituent's profile are the methods by which you can contact a constituent. 

Donorfy will come pre-configured with the following standard channels. These channels can't be changed as they are also used as part of integrations:

  • Direct Mail
  • SMS
  • Email
  • Website

Additional Channels can be added upon request. Any Channels added which are no longer in use can be de-activated - please raise a support ticket

  • Configuration > Settings > Constituent > Communication Channels doesn't exist anymore. How do I now check these settings?

  • Channels are now defaults as they are used within integrations. Altering standard Channels will result in the integration channel permissions not being recorded.
    All active Channels can be viewed on a Constituent Profile.
