The channels displayed on a constituent's profile are the methods by which you can contact a constituent.
Donorfy will come pre-configured with the following standard channels. These channels can't be changed as they are also used as part of integrations:
- Direct Mail
- SMS
- Website
Additional Channels can be added upon request. Any Channels added which are no longer in use can be de-activated - please raise a support ticket

Configuration > Settings > Constituent > Communication Channels doesn't exist anymore. How do I now check these settings?
Channels are now defaults as they are used within integrations. Altering standard Channels will result in the integration channel permissions not being recorded.
All active Channels can be viewed on a Constituent Profile.
