My Gift Aid Claim is not automatically being sent


If your Gift Aid Claim is not being automatically sent each month, it may be because the Submit Gift Aid Claims to HMRC setting is switched to No.



If you set this to Yes, then you will be able to submit the pending claim in the Ready to Claim tab. If there is not a pending claim already within the Ready to Claim tab, then you can move your Active Claim to the Ready to claim as described in the article: Moving an Active Claim to Ready to Claim


If the setting is switched to Yes already, then it may be a problem with your HMRC authentication details - To test your settings click the Test Sign on button - any errors will display in a red message bar. If you are unclear as to the error message, then please contact our support desk.
