When testing your Donorfy Form or tweaking how it appears on your website it will require loading the Form multiple times, often in quick succession. This will most likely trigger our request monitoring algorithms and result in your request/s being flagged as suspicious resulting in an error being presented or a temporary block.
The error message may appear similar to the one shown below - the (1) in brackets is an error code indicating that the request was blocked.
To avoid this problem you can:
- Add the preview switch to the Form URL - please contact Donorfy Support for the preview switch code.
- Add your IP address to the Allowed List - as described in this article - you can find your IP address by Googling 'Whats my ip address' - Google will then tell you - see example below.
