Account setup is found by navigating to Integrations > Dotdigital, then choosing the Accounts tab.
(You may see fewer tabs if no accounts have been added yet)
When adding a Dotdigital account to Donorfy, you must supply a Description, the dotdigital API username and password.
The Description may contain any text of your choosing and will be used to identify the account in Donorfy.
Click the button to test the settings.
If the settings validate OK, you will need to enter two additional values before saving your account settings:
- Integration Start Date - the earliest date for which campaign activity data (opens, clicks etc) will be collected from dotdigital.
- A Dotdigital address book in which to place constituents that are enrolled in a dotdigital programme (supporter journey)
To edit a previously added account (e.g. to change the API credentials), click on the account name.
To access the Dotdigital integration you'll need to raise a support ticket
