Apart from the usual address fields, you may want to add some further segmentation, Country regions, boundaries, local regional teams, etc. to use for reporting.
To add a Region
- Open Settings > Configuration > Address Regions
- Click on the + icon to the right of the screen
- Enter the name of your Region in Description
- Ensure it is set to Active
- Click on Save Changes
The Region will then be available for use within your Donorfy within the Contact Details section of a Constituent’s Profile:

In your List, click on the data field selector icon, and type 'Region' into the search field - the options will then be displayed:
