Have you found that transactions have not arrived consistently from Donr? 

Sometimes this is due to a slower payout from the carrier or the integration to Donorfy has been switched off within your Donr account dashboard. However, we have recently been made aware of a slightly different issue at Donr that is preventing them from sending through the paid-out text donations and populating Donorfy with those transactions consistently. 

We understand that the Donr team are working on a solution and we are also working with them to see if we can help them resolve it.

In the meantime please do feel free to contact their support team if you experience a delay in text donations arriving in to your Donorfy and ask them to resolve the integration issue.
