Accessing the Academy

From beginner to advanced level, the academy is for Donorfy users to learn and conquer Donorfy features and functionality whilst increasing fundraising impact.

The academy has live courses, on-demand resources, Donorfy certifications and networking opportunities - it’s a place where you can learn more about fundraising, using Donorfy and network with other charity professionals.

If your charity has a Donorfy Professional subscription on the current pricing (i.e you joined Donorfy from November 2021 onwards), then complete this short form to claim your Academy licences.

Your Donorfy Professional subscription includes three free Academy licences to distribute to your team. With each licence, a team member can select the resources that best apply to them, sign up for live courses and complete Donorfy certifications in their name.

On a legacy price list and want Academy access?

If you signed up to Donorfy before November 2021, it is likely you are on a Donorfy legacy subscription. Access to the Academy is only available for organisations whose subscription is on the current Donorfy Professional price list.

To upgrade your Donorfy subscription and gain access to the Academy, simply confirm using this Transfer Pricing Form and you will be a Donorfy Expert in no time.
